What is your return policy for high-fidelity audio equipment?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in original, unopened condition. Due to the hygienic nature of In-Ear Monitors (IEMs), products that have been used may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are the cables on THIEAUDIO IEMs user-replaceable?
Most of our models feature industry-standard 2-pin or MMCX connectors, allowing users to easily swap or upgrade their cables for a customized listening experience.
