  Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all premium cables, ear tips, accessories, and documentation are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Service Center

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for security.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
